A Sharp (A♯) and B Flat (B♭) are two notes, keys, or enharmonic scales (different names for the same note). The B♭ chords are shown below, as it is a more used and practical tonality than A#, but if you need to know the placement of A♯ 7, for example, keep in mind that it is the same chord as B♭ 7.
